Ordering by Phone

This is our most preferred method of ordering, where we can provide you
with the service your order deserves. In the US, please call us at
1-800-882-HUNT (4868), or 01-540-347-3141 outside the US, to reach
our professional staff, any one of whom can assist you with your order.

Staff is available during our regular store hours: Monday - Friday
9AM – 6PM ET and Saturday 9AM – 5PM ET. From Thanksgiving to
Christmas, Horse Country is also open on Sunday from 1PM – 5PM ET.

Ordering by Fax
If you receive the Horse Country catalog in the mail or download
our order form from our Internet site, you may fax us your order at:
(540) 347-7141.

Our staff will process your order during our regular business hours within
24 hours of its receipt at the store.

Ordering by Mail
You may also mail your order to us, using either the hardcopy order form in
the catalog or the downloadable form on our Internet site. Please send the

Shipping charges may need to be added on oversize and heavier packages. We will notify you if this becomes necessary. All international orders are subject to international shipping rates. An estimate can be made of the costs to ship packages internationally with the placement of your order. Shipping Rates are subject to change without notice.

For US domestic saddle orders, add $8.00 each to regular shipping charges
that apply. Additional domestic insurance valued over $100 adds $1.00 per
hundred dollars, if selected. Please call the store or discuss when ordering
domestic second- and third-day deliveries. Add $5.00 for each additional domestic shipping address.

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii add $15.00 to regular shipping charges for
UPS. air delivery. All domestic orders and those to Alaska and Hawaii are sent regular UPS. unless overnight or second-day service is requested.
Additional charges apply to overnight and second-day requests

For Puerto Rico and all destinations outside the US, Alaska and Hawaii,
actual shipping rates will be charged. An estimate of shipping costs can be
given when the order is placed. These rates will cover shipping in most
instances, but we reserve the right to bill you for any unanticipated or additional charges that may occur.

 

When you shop with Horse Country, we want you to be completely delighted
with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Returns after 30 days may receive a store credit for future merchandise and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be in the condition of the original purchase to receive a refund or
store credit. We regret that shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns of
merchandise damaged through no fault of Horse Country or its shipping
conveyor may not receive a refund or store credit, subject to the discretion of
Horse Country.

How do I return a package?
For your convenience, the Return Form includes a Return Label that you may
use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the
outside of your package and send the package via UPS or insured parcel post.

Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the
return label covers the old one. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the party returning the item.

If you no longer have your Return Form and cannot print a new one, please
contact us. Please call us toll free at 1-800-882-HUNT (4868). For callers
outside the US and Canada, please call 01-540-347-3141. Our staff is on
hand to assist you during regular our store hours: Monday - Friday 9AM – 6PM
ET and Saturday 9AM – 5PM ET.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
If you order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please call us toll free at
1-800-882-HUNT (4868). For customers outside the US, please call
01-540-347-3141. Our staff is on hand to assist you during regular our
store hours: Monday-Friday 9AM – 6PM ET and Saturday 9AM – 5PM ET.

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item
that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place
a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item.

Please call us at 1-800-882-HUNT (4868) or 01-540-347-3141 for customers outside of the US if you would like us to hold a specific item for you until your return is received. Items can be held a maximum of ten (10) days. Once the returned item has been received at our store, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
